7. Collection

Some particularly large or bulky items are marked as collection. These items can be collected from our warehouse or we can arrange transport on request.

3. Notes

  • Delivery:
    Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
  • Delivery time:
    If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
  • Delivery period:
    The delivery periods stated apply after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
  • Combined shipping:
    When purchasing multiple items, all shipping weights (specified in each offer) are added together. The shipping method is determined from the total result, as shown in the overview.
    • Example 1: multiple purchases with Deutsche Post shipping and a cumulative weight of over 1000g >>> will be shipped as a DHL parcel.
    • Example 2: multiple purchases with a cumulative weight of over 31.5 kg >>> Unfortunately, no shipping method is available. Please reduce the number of items in your shopping basket and place a new order for the items not yet included.
    • Example 3: multiple purchases with a cumulative weight of over 200 kg >>> Unfortunately, no shipping method is available. Please reduce the number of items in your shopping basket and place a new order for the items not yet included.
  • Collection:
    If you choose to collect your order, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready for collection and how you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
