Delivery Times

  • Delivery:
    Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sundays and public holidays.

  • Delivery Time:
    If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

  • Delivery Period:
    The specified delivery times apply after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of your payment instruction).

  • Combined Shipping:
    When purchasing multiple items, all shipping weights (specified in each offer) are accumulated. The shipping method is then determined based on the total weight, following the overview.

    • Example 1: Multiple purchases with the shipping method "Deutsche Post" and a total weight over 1000g >>> will be shipped as a DHL parcel.

    • Example 2: Multiple purchases with a total weight over 31.5 kg >>> No shipping method is available. Please reduce the items in your cart and place a new order for the remaining items.

    • Example 3: Multiple purchases with a total weight over 200 kg >>> No shipping method is available. Please reduce the items in your cart and place a new order for the remaining items.

  • Pickup:
    When your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you via email about the availability and pickup options. No shipping costs will be charged in this case.
